2. key in letter c for change on that row
3. key in Y to reset advance strategy on seat 1-4, basic on seat 5-7.
4. count High ( A; T) as -1, low (2-6) as +1 (7-9) as 0, 
    true-cnt = total-high-low-cont / decks left
    increase bet  by true-high-low count
